Welcome to PURNAMWULAN  homepage... 
This is the mainpage of the most promising 
eastern metal band.. hailing from Ipoh, 
Perak, West Malaysia... Maybe thesedays 
eastern metal scene growing bigger and 
bigger - actually, in Malaysian scene... 
If I am right - but PURNAMWULAN wanted to 
proove that they also seriously involved on 
and knew what they have done towards the 
eastern metal scene... Especially in the 
roots, the back-bone of the band... They 
tried to create their own concept and style 
in musickally of Java heritage style... 
Therefore, the bloodroots of them is Java 
races, PURNAMWULAN presents this concept for 
their own tradition in eastern metal scene...

Most of PURNAMWULAN lyricks were written and 
dealing in the based of deities kingdom of 
Java heritage called Java Celestial... Most 
of PURNAMWULAN's musick were performed and 
played in aggressive and atmospheric beauty 
parts were mixed with... And of course it's 
suitable with the CELESTIAL, called ETHOS... 
By guitar riffs of METAL, completely the 
concept named as JAVA CELESTIAL ETHOS METAL... 
And behold,  this is a part of vast wisdom's 
art..!!!

Actually, a touch of Gamelan - Java's heritage 
of Indonesian ancient musick - didn't featured 
in the first release of them... In my opinion 
and stand-point, a bit style they have been 
played in the first demonstration tape 1996 
influenced by this MUSICK... Therefore, this arts 
was tried to flat on, especially in martial-arts 
were accompanied by this Gamelan orchestra and 
in fact, Gamelan instruments, charged with 
charismatic power, are so important success of 
rituals that special rituals are done for the 
essembles themselves... So, Gamelan is the most 
important structure in Java's musick... Anyway, 
PURNAMWULAN promise that they will do all of 
this in upcoming releases... Awaits...!!!

TESTIMONY

Selametan...!!! All have begun and located at 
South-East Asia region...Placed one of the most 
elite-races called Java... The most promising
vast-meaning and wisdom, unique, mystical heritages 
and life-styleof this elite-races indeed... And 
the myth and the legend of historical epic such 
as Mahabaratha, Ramayana, Barata Yudha, Suralaya, 
Kaendran...etc... became their influences... The 
Animism beliefs became the Java habitual practices 
and influenced by this deities stuffs... All of 
these,had been sworned and flowed through the blood 
and souls of Java resembling from the generation 
to generation... But all of these were lost and 
ruins by the modernization... The heritage and 
life-style were remained by ancient ancestry of 
this elite-races... The most factors must be mention
is the fullmoon and the fullmoon were gave and 
enlightment inspiration to them... In other words 
the fullmoon is the symbol of power !!! And
of course, the fullmoon is the main subject were 
used in the ceremonial emblems of the supreme 
cult..The power was given to Java to get an 
obligations to survive in life... Therefore,
the power was given, they fight for their own 
life... to protect their beloved races
,justify their excellent pride and blood-roots 
from the foreigner colonialism and illegal
-immigrant... Warriorism spirit have been 
buried in each of individual of Java person... 
As the burning flames of anger's spirit and 
with the brave-hearted they gone to fight 
and make a war against their enemies with 
their mystical and magickal weaponry...
When in the battles, Java used this 'weapons' 
to kill the victims and enemies... Almost 
all the Java individual person have this 
knowledges and practise on what they've 
involved... In other words, the occult,
the evil-heritages and Java Black Magick - 
in Malay we called as Ilmu Hitam or Saka Baka 
- has been sworned in their blood... Just 
read some spells or mantra together with 
the some evil preparation tools and stuffs
to kill the victim by sending and with the 
help from the evil - actually send by spiritual 
method - and the fourth element were used
in this deadly fatal weapon ... It's called 
as Santau, Tuju-Tuju, Jurus, Lipat Bumi... 
etc... Also a martial-art of self defense 
weapons such as Kris, Tombak, Lawi Ayam, 
Kerambit and another sharp dagger were used 
in this art... However, the spirits of deities 
became the guardian... For example, Sombrong 
the daugther of the darkside spirit is the 
flying-self kris was guarded by one of the 
deities... Almost,the cult have been flowing 
from the generation to generation of Java as 
flowing streams and it's hard to potray by the 
words of ugly tongue... Behold, only for those 
who've been seriously involved on all of this will
know about the unique, mystical heritage and life
-style of Java race... All of this were done in 
the deities kingdom that have been mentioned
and only for the brave will be the chosen one... 
The Java's spirit and oath of ancient ancestry 
has been sworned and flowed in PURNAMWULAN's
innersoul warriors... They're truly honest what 
they've done and seriously involved in this matter... 
The cult must be eternal...
